English summary on page 77 as follows: The obelisk of Tu Ky was erected in 1666 under the Le dynasty, actually transferred and conserved in the Museum of History. it is a work of art rather than original and an important historic document. Its originality is manifested in decorative patterns deeply with poular carving-colour of the late 17th century, (a couple of dragons with fish tails carved on the shaft and another couple bent to each other on the pedestal). The inscription on the shaft vffords a lot of indications on the agrarian system under the late Le epoch as well as documents on a new type of rice - field at that time.
